Aging is a mysterious human biological process. The basic principle of the process is that an individual, just like any animal and non-living, complex engines, tends to deteriorate from time to time. As for humans, According to experts, ageing have two types– the biological and chronological processes. Chronological aging pertains to the years you have been living while biological aging shows how much your body changes as compared to how you were from the past years as well as to other people who are of the same age as you–the first step to recognize the premature aging.

Well, we all are getting older. As a matter of fact, the aging process started kicking at the moment we were born. The scariest thing about aging is how it seems to affect every part of you at once. The conclusion is based on an analysis of the 5000 track record of British people over 20 years. Overall, 314 people have four bad habits we have mentioned above. Among them, 91 people or 29 percent died during the study period. Compare with a group of people who do not have those four bad habits, only 32 who died or about 8 percent.Those unhealthy habits are include: smoking, drinking alcohol more than three shots per day, less than two hours exercise each week, always drinking soda after every meal, and rarely eat fruit and vegetables.

"To be in the healthy category, you do not have to be extreme. If your lifestyle can be changed, especially when you ruled out those 5 bad habits, the result will be very good," said Elisabeth Kvaavik from the University of Oslo.

The results have been published in the Archives of Internal Medicine are reinforce previous studies that have linked a healthy lifestyle with the aging process.
